Site Manager – Groundworks (Modular Builds) Worthing, West Sussex ️ Start Date: 10th November 2025 ⏳ Contract: Long Term Freelance | Approx. 6 Months Competitive Day Rate BCS Connect are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on a long-term modular build project in Worthing, West Sussex. Our client delivers groundworks packages for modular builds — including pad foundations, drainage, and landscaping — and is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery, safety, and coordination. What You’ll Be Doing * Supervising and coordinating Groundworks Teams * Monitoring groundworks activities – site prep, excavation, reinstatement * Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times * Managing site documentation and progress reports * Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule * Overseeing pad foundations, drainage, and landscaping works What We’re Looking For * SMSTS or CSCS Black Card * First Aid Certification * Proven Civils / Groundworks Management experience * Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams * Excellent communication and organisational ability If you are interested in the role and would like to find out further information, then please contact BCS Connect
