Senior TSM

Location: Bristol Rate: £500-£600 per day accommodation (if required) Start: Mid-November Contract: 12-16 months (Ltd Company or CIS) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join a leading Main Contractor on a mission-critical project in Bristol. With an MEP package value of approximately £10m, this is a high-profile, fast-paced scheme requiring strong technical leadership and proven delivery experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination, management, and delivery of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health) systems. Oversee subcontractor performance, design coordination, installation quality, and commissioning activities. Work closely with design teams, client representatives, and the main contractor's project leadership to ensure technical excellence and programme compliance. Manage project documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover in line with client standards and compliance requirements. Drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all MEP works. Requirements Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) or C&G. Proven experience delivering complex MEP projects in mission-critical environments - e.g., Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Data Centre sectors. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a demanding, fast-track project environment.
