Regular social and team-building events.Key Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician position: Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications. Collaborate with architects and project teams throughout all RIBA stages. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain compliance with all relevant building, planning, and environmental standards. Support the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.Skills and Experience: Proven experience working as an within an architectural practice. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with BIM processes is advantageous. Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
