Role: Quantity Surveyor Salary: Up to £80,000 Perks Progression Location: Central London (Tottenham Court Road) Company: High-end, SME Main Contractor - Operating 30 years * Initiate project setup by aligning budgets, resources, and subcontract agreements before commencement. * Supervise ongoing cost performance, ensuring profitability from inception to completion. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting financial discussions and resolving queries. * Procure materials and specialist trades in line with schedules and budget forecasts. * Drive the commercial process — valuations, variations, and final accounts — with precision and timeliness. * Champion value improvement, material efficiency, and best-practice construction methods. * Collaborate closely with site and project leaders to balance workforce levels and expenditure. * Maintain detailed commercial records, correspondence, and documentation for audit readiness. * Contribute to company growth through client engagement, networking, and business development in heritage and restoration sectors
