Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Required in Brentwood GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established joinery contractor based in Essex. With a reputation for excellence, they deliver bespoke joinery packages and full fit-out solutions for prestigious clients across the commercial sector. The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor are: Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time. Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progress Prepare cashflows for payments in and out Carry out measurement for valuations Identify Opportunities and risks Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings. The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have/be: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the joinery and fit out sector.
