The company operates within the advanced materials and industrial manufacturing sector , supplying high-performance products to some of the UK’s leading engineering and industrial organisations. Key Responsibilities Lead all site operations with full P&L accountability and strategic direction. Drive operational improvements through best practice, lean principles, and continuous improvement. Strengthen performance, culture, and accountability across the organisation. Partner closely with private equity stakeholders to deliver long-term value creation.
