Job Description

Associate Building Surveyor An established, medium-sized design, property and construction consultants is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to bolster their Surveying team in the Southeast. With a healthy pipeline of work across multiple sectors including residential, care, commercial, sport and leisure and education, this is a busy and varied role. The Associate Building Surveyor’s role Alongside conducting traditional building surveying services, the new Associate Building Surveyor will predominantly carry out a project focused (project management / contract administration) role across various public sector projects. As well as being hands-on, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will also help to mentor the less experienced Building Surveyors and support the Partners with business development and client management. The Associate Building Surveyor * Completed a RICS accredited degree * Building Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment * Project focused / Contract administration experience * Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor * Public sector project experience * MRICS is desirable but not essential In Return? * £70,000 - £80,000 * Car allowance * 28 days annual leave bank holidays * Pension * Private medical * Mileage * Gym discount * 2 days WFH a week * Professional membership fees and training If you are a Building Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Tom Harrison at Foster & May.
