Commercial Manager Location: London / South East Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum Sector: Specialist Interiors / Joinery Overview A leading interiors and fit-out subcontractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to head up their commercial function. This role will take ownership of the commercial strategy, leadership of the QS team, and implementation of robust systems to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial team and oversee all financial aspects of ongoing and upcoming projects. Implement commercial procedures, cost reporting, and risk management strategies. Support tendering and contract negotiation, ensuring commercially sound agreements. Provide regular reporting and strategic insight to the board. Drive performance, margin improvement, and commercial consistency across projects. Mentor and develop team members, building a cohesive and accountable commercial function. About You Experienced commercial leader from a subcontractor background (fit-out, interiors, joinery, or M&E). Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with proven leadership ability. Hands-on approach with strategic oversight. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. Why Join?
