What We Offer * Daily rates from £95 - £100 (PAYE) OR £108.65 - £114.55 (Umbrella) – you choose * Roles in SEN schools, PMLD provisions, and specialist provisions * Work your way: day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements available * FREE specialist CPD * A welcoming, supportive team who stay in touch throughout placements * £100 referral bonus (when your referral works 10 days) * Long-term roles paid to scale (where applicable) Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking PMLD Teaching Assistants with experience or interest in supporting learners with: * Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) * Complex medical or physical needs * Sensory impairments and communication differences * Non-verbal communication, including AAC, PECS or sensory cues If you are patient, nurturing, and dedicated to enabling every child to reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in care, therapy, or specialist education is highly valued.
