Job Title: Teaching Assistants Location: Stockport (rural setting – access to vehicle essential) Contract Type: Temporary until Christmas, with potential to move to temp‑to‑perm Start Dates: * 2 x TA – Therapeutic Pathway: 03.11.25 * 1 x TA – KS2 Year 5/6: 10.11.25 * 1 x TA – Nurture Class Year 7: 17.11.25 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 Daily Rate: £110 ‑ £130 About the Role: Join a dynamic inclusion team within our partner school, supporting pupils with complex needs including autism, attachment and trauma‑related challenges, and emotionally‑based school non‑attendance (EBSNA). You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, emotionally supportive environment where each pupil’s strengths, interests and aspirations shape their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one‑to‑one and small group support for pupils in either the Therapeutic Pathway, KS2 (Year 5/6) or Nurture Class (Year 7) * Develop trusting relationships with pupils, promote their emotional security and engagement in learning * Work within individualised support plans co‑designed with pupil voice * Collaborate with staff to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment * Participate in ongoing professional development and wellbeing sessions What We’re Looking For: * Experience working with children with complex needs (essential) * Psychology degree or relevant experience (desirable) * Resilient, caring, and relationship‑focused professional * Full‑time availability, Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 * Access to your own vehicle (given rural location) What We Offer: * Competitive daily rate: £110‑£130 * High‑quality CPD three times per week (including self‑directed time) * Weekly staff wellbeing sessions (Fridays from 15:30) – yoga, pickleball, badminton, Dungeons & Dragons, football & more * Free breakfast, break‑time and lunch meals, plus refreshments * Free onsite parking How to Apply: Please submit your CV via the link.
