Neighbourhood/Housing Officer

Your new role Manage a designated patch of properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants Support tenancy sustainment, including rent management and welfare advice Respond to reports of anti-social behaviour and liaise with external agencies Conduct estate inspections and ensure communal areas are well maintained Promote tenant engagement and support community development initiatives Ensure compliance with housing legislation and internal policies What you'll need to succeed Experience in housing management or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management Commitment to delivering excellent service and making a positive impact Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What you'll get in return 23.67 per hour (PAYE) 3-month contract initially What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
