Contract Opportunity: eCommerce & Operations Strategy Consultant – DTC Consumer Tech We’re partnering with a fast-scaling DTC and consumer tech brand on a strategic contract hire. They’re looking for a consultant to help shape and implement a new operating model across their eCommerce operations, warehousing, 3PL, logistics, tooling, and process management . Scope of Work Audit and assess current eCommerce operations and fulfilment setup Define and implement new ways of working across warehousing, 3PL, and in-house logistics Recommend and optimise software/tools (WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.) Build scalable processes to support growth and international expansion Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, ops, and finance teams Ideal Profile Proven experience in DTC and consumer tech environments Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL strategy Familiarity with platforms like Shopify Plus, Netsuite, Brightpearl, etc. Comfortable leading change and embedding new processes Available for a short-term contract (3–6 months), with potential to extend Hybrid working | UK-based | Immediate start
