Senior Planner – Super Prime Residential Surrey £70k–£90k Benefits A respected main contractor specialising in super prime residential refurbishments is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their delivery team on a major country home project in Surrey . This is an opportunity to play a key role on a complex, high-value refurbishment, working closely with the Project Director and site delivery team to manage, monitor, and optimise the construction programme. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject Track progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies Work collaboratively with the project and site teams to ensure accurate short-term and long-term planning Produce progress reports and updates for internal and client meetings Requirements Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within high-end residential or major refurbishment projects Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (essential) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Background with a main contractor preferred Click Apply or contact Rob James at 020 8502 0111 for more information.
