We are looking fora caring and enthusiastic Female Assistant Support Worker to join our friendly team at Fletcher Way, a supported living service in Hemel Hempstead. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them with: Day-to-day tasks like personal care, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Following personalised support plans and risk assessments Promoting independence and supporting each person’s goals and aspirationsYou will be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, teamwork, and person-centred care. About You No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
