The company is looking for an NQ Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. You’ll handle a varied caseload of high-quality dispute matters, working with a diverse client base and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department. Role: NQ Dispute Resolution Lawyer Location: Peterborough Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 The Role As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will: Manage your own caseload to the highest professional standards, ensuring timely communication and accurate record keeping. Handle a wide spectrum of work such as commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, employment, contentious probate, construction disputes and shareholder & partnership disputes. Contribute to business development through effective networking, client relationship management, and cross-selling of the firm’s services.Key Requirements: A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a current practicing and experience within litigation law. Solid experience in Dispute Resolution / Litigation, ideally within a reputable firm.
