This is a high-impact, cradle-to-grave role for a commercially driven professional ready to manage the full sales process – from identifying opportunities and conducting surveys to tendering, pricing, and client handover. Commutable from: Chislehurst, Sidcup, Beckenham, Bromley, Orpington, Bexley, Welling, Dartford, Swanley, Croydon, New Addington Key Responsibilities of a Lift Modernisation Sales Manager: * Conduct site surveys (lift shafts, control panels, ropes, gears, cars) * Lead tendering and pricing for modernisation and installation projects * Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact * Liaise with internal design, sales, and project delivery teams * Oversee project execution, ensuring time, budget & quality targets * Ensure CDM, health & safety, and industry compliance Ideal Candidate for this Lift Modernisation Sales Manager role: * Ex-lift installation or modernisation engineer * Experienced in full lifecycle sales or project delivery * Strong surveying and technical diagnostic skills * Comfortable managing clients and coordinating teams * Full UK driving licence Apply to this Lift Modernisation Sales Manager position: 1.
