Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services (MEP) Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum depending on experience Location: Hybrid / Office-based in Telford, Shropshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established design and build contractor specialising in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding team. With projects ranging from £1 million to £10 million across the UK, this family-owned business is known for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors. Role Overview: This is an opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong mechanical bias and a background in building services design. The successful candidate will contribute to the full design lifecycle, working collaboratively across disciplines to deliver technically sound and compliant solutions.
