A respected construction consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding North West team. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in delivering projects across commercial, residential, and public sector developments throughout Greater Manchester. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to progress their career within a structured and supportive consultancy. With a strong pipeline of work and access to APC support, the Assistant Project Manager will be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities from day one. The Assistant Project Manager's role The Assistant Project Manager will work under the guidance of experienced Project Managers, supporting project delivery from feasibility through to completion. You'll assist in preparing key documents, tracking project milestones, liaising with contractors, and attending client meetings. The Assistant Project Manager 1 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar Progressing towards RICS or APM accreditation Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Familiarity with construction projects in the North West preferred In Return? £29,000 - £36,000 per annum Full APC support and mentorship Clear progression opportunities Pension and bonus scheme Flexible working options (1-2 days WFH) Keywords: Assistant Project Manager | Manchester | Construction Consultancy | APC Pathway | Junior PM | Property Development
