The Role As our Nursery Teacher, you will: Plan, deliver and evaluate high‑quality, engaging early years learning experiences for children aged 2–4, in line with the EYFS framework. Foster secure, supportive relationships with children and their families, ensuring that each child feels safe, valued, and eager to learn. Collaborate with Nursery staff, school leaders, and colleagues across the school to design a curriculum that supports children’s development across all domains. Use assessment effectively to identify children’s needs and ensure every child makes strong progress. Promote our school values in all aspects of your work and contribute to creating an inclusive, caring, creative classroom environment. We Are Looking For Someone Who… Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in Nursery/EYFS settings. Is skilled in building early literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills in young children. Understands the importance of play‑based learning and is confident using a range of strategies to motivate and extend learning. Has strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Is reflective, resilient, proactive, and able to adapt their practice for the benefit of the children.
