CDM Principal Designer

A multi-disciplinary consultancy with a close-knit CDM team are looking to offer a confident CDM Principal Designer an opportunity to grow within their business. Their team has been successfully built by two experienced Directors, from which you will collaborate with as you lead on key client accounts. They are offering a range of project experience and are a very friendly and personable team. You will be supporting their Directors and will enjoy a growing responsibility within their CDM team as their operations develop. The CDM Principal Designer's role As a CDM Principal Designer, you will deliver expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations, attend design team meetings, and coordinate with clients to ensure all health and safety considerations are embedded early in the design process. You will work across the pre-construction stage and provide hands-on support for multiple concurrent projects.
