Project Quantity Surveyor Location: West London Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE) Start: Immediate Contract Type: Permanent We're seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a demolition and industrial build project based in West London. Reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the full commercial management of the project from start to finish, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and smooth delivery. Key Requirements: Proven experience delivering industrial builds Strong knowledge of JCT contracts Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage project financials confidently This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking construction team and play a key role in a landmark industrial project
