Job Description

Senior Architect Location: Warwickshire Salary: £40-45,000 DOE I'm partnering with a highly respected architectural practice in Warwickshire to find a Senior Architect to join their growing team. Renowned for their award-winning work across the heritage, education, hospitality, leisure, and community sectors, this studio has built a stellar reputation for design quality, contextual sensitivity, and creative vision. Combining thoughtful conservation with forward-thinking design, they continue to shape meaningful places that stand the test of time. As a Senior Architect, you'll lead projects from concept through completion-balancing creative ambition with technical precision. You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver architecture that respects the past while embracing contemporary innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead design development through all RIBA stages, ensuring the creative intent is maintained throughout delivery. Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve design, programme, and budget goals. Prepare and review design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation. Oversee planning and listed building consent applications as required. Champion the practice's commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and innovation. Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive studio culture.About You Proven experience as a Senior Architect or Project Architect within a UK architectural practice. A portfolio demonstrating design excellence and successful project delivery across relevant sectors. Proficient in Revit (experience with AutoCAD or SketchUp advantageous). Background in heritage or conservation-led projects (highly desirable). Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
