Senior Site Manager | £75,000 / £85,000 | Highgate | Permanent We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to take control of a £70m high-end residential development in Highgate. 30 apartments across 4 blocks (3 new build, 1 refurbishment), complete with terraces, spa, pool, landscaped areas, brick, stone, slate roofs - everything that makes a project gorgeous and complicated enough to keep you sharp. The project is already 8 months in, so there's plenty to get stuck into. You'll report to one of the two Project Managers and initially take responsibility for one (maybe two) of the blocks' internals, seeing them through to completion. QA, programme, and high-end finishes will be your daily reality. Some days you'll be inspecting a marble-tiled spa for the hundredth time. Other days, making sure the join between the stone and the slate roof is so perfect it could make a surveyor weep. Tiles will argue. Painters will swear they've done it right. Skirtings will refuse to line up. Welcome to high-end interiors - where good enough is never good enough.
