Location: Travel to different sites around Belgium and Luxembourg Sector: Automotive / Production Environment Type: Full-time - Available as freelance or permanent employment About the Role: You will work closely with the facility team, which is responsible for sites in Belgium and Luxembourg. Together, you will prepare, launch, and follow up on a variety of projects such as renovations, repairs, and warehouse reorganizations. Think of replacing roofs, optimizing lighting, or redesigning workspaces. Your Responsibilities: * Initiating and following up on facility projects * Gathering technical specifications * Preparing and comparing quotations * Creating and tracking purchase orders * Processing invoices and approvals * Maintaining contact with workshop managers and suppliers * Reporting and supporting budget management Your Profile: (A first) experience in purchasing or indirect procurement within a technical or industrial environment Technical background through study or within a technical sector Strong negotiation skills and analytical insight Fluent in Dutch and French Proactive, independent, and a strong communicator Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus Practical Information: Location: Based in the Ghent region, with flexible working: partly from home, partly on-site at various locations in Belgium and Luxembourg Contract Type: Freelance or permanent employment Duration: Initially 6 months, with possibility of extension Start Date: As soon as possible Interested?
