Job Description Insight Global is seeking Production Generalists to support repair and deployment operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency and quality across our production centers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must Haves Previous experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office tools Nice to Haves Additional technical training Experience with ISO9001:2015 standards Knowledge of POS terminal repair and troubleshooting
