Get the Future You Want | www.capgemini.com Job Title: Procurement Master Data Administrator Location: Mirabel, Québec, Canada Full Time Employment with Capgemini Engineering Job Description: The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is seeking a Procurement Master Data Administrator to join our Procurement Process & Digital Solutions team in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both strategic commodities and operational procurement teams to manage procurement master data, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive process improvements. The fosters a culture of autonomous cross-collaboration, where members support one another and grow together through shared learning and innovation. Your Roles and Responsibilities SAP Purchasing Conditions Management: Create/update purchasing conditions (info records, contracts, pricing). Master Data Administration: Manage supplier master data and validate due diligence. Data Quality & Cleansing: Ensure accuracy and integrity of procurement data. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in procurement processes. Digital Tools Support: Assist in deploying digital solutions and manage internal Google webpage. Purchase Order Approvals: Handle PO approvals and support procurement users. Data Tracking & Visualization: Use tools like Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Your Skills and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s in business Admin, Supply Chain, Info Systems, or related. Experience: 2 years in data management, ideally in procurement/supply chain. Technical Skills: SAP MM (Materials Management) – strong hands-on experience. Data analysis and cleansing. Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel proficiency. Soft Skills: Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Strong communication (written & verbal). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Languages: Fluent in English and French .
