Project/Program Overview Replenishment and Innovation team (outside core IT). Builds and scales internal FileMaker applications that power forecasting, article creation, buying, real estate, import, and a LATAM partner organization supported from Montreal. Role Summary Net-new headcount partnering with a structure-focused developer (Windsor). Own schema/relationships, layouts/UI, scripts/calculations, and reporting. Translate BA requirements across multiple concurrent workstreams. Operate with minimal hand-holding under a high-tempo, Type-A director. Day-to-day primarily English; bilingual FR/EN preferred. Responsibilities Design, build, and scale FileMaker apps (Pro/Advanced/Server): data models, relationships, layouts, scripts, calcs, and reports. Convert business requirements into performant, maintainable solutions across 3–5 parallel workstreams. Configure/administer environments (as needed): privilege sets, accounts, SSL, backups. Partner with stakeholders in Forecasting, Article Creation, Buying, Real Estate, Import, and LATAM counterparts. Document solutions; provide clear release notes and handovers. Must-Have Requirements 3–5 years hands-on FileMaker (Pro/Advanced/Server). Proven ownership of structure/UI/back-end beyond reporting. Stakeholder management with clear, proactive communication. Nice-to-Have Requirements Retail/product environment experience. SAP-adjacent familiarity. Conceptual DevOps/containerization awareness. FileMaker admin/security exposure (privilege sets, accounts, SSL, backups). Bilingual FR/EN. Ways of Working & Tools FileMaker Pro/Advanced/Server; FileMaker Go, Windows/macOS/WebDirect. Git or equivalent for versioning where applicable; lightweight release governance. Collaboration with Replenishment leadership; tight feedback loops; minimal supervision. Security/Compliance & Mandatory Training Standard corporate policies and access controls. Additional training provided as required. Contract & Hours Permanent, full-time. Hybrid: 1–2 days/week on-site at Montreal HQ.
