Job Summary The Direct Order Customer Experience Specialist is the first line of support for customer’s acquiring Sharp products or services. You will work closely with various departments to minimize delays throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers and sales partners, ensuring timely, professional, and customer-focused support throughout the entire order and billing process. Enter and validate customer orders in SAP, monitor stock availability, and coordinate shipping, installation, and equipment removal with internal teams. Manage leasing activities, including credit checks, financing options, funding packages, returns, and partner reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee billing and contract management by reviewing and releasing contracts, generating invoices, processing meter reads, and resolving discrepancies to maintain billing accuracy and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer and contract information in CRM and Salesforce, supporting data integrity and smooth handoffs across teams. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Leasing, AR, Warehouse, and Service departments to resolve issues, remove bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for customers. Respond to customer and partner inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, admin inbox), providing solutions directly or coordinating with the right internal resources. Support audits, reporting, and special projects as required, contributing to continuous improvement in processes and customer experience. Qualifications Must have: 1-3 years of experience working in a fast paced, sales driven customer service/administrative role. SAP Experience. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize. Ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills. Nice to have: Bi-lingual (French/English) both understanding/speaking and reading/writing. Experience in Logistics. CRM Experience. SalesForce Experience.
