Consultant Contracts Administrator Toronto, ON | Hybrid (4 days/week in office) 2-3 -month contract A leading architecture and design firm is seeking a Consultant Contracts Administrator to join its Toronto office on a contract basis. This is a key role responsible for managing consultant contracts, supporting legal document preparation, and working closely with project teams to ensure smooth and compliant contract processes. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days per week in the office with a flexibility to work from home on Friday. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage consultant contracts and related legal documents Collaborate with internal teams on Client/Architect agreements Redline contracts for negotiation and coordinate with external consultants Interpret and review legal documents including RFPs and IT contracts with Project Architects Maintain a consultant contract tracking system and generate monthly status reports Ensure accurate digital filing of draft and signed contracts Work with platforms such as RAIC, OAA, AIA, and AIBC for contract preparation Stay informed on legislative changes and ensure contract compliance Liaise with external legal counsel and insurance providers as needed Qualifications Paralegal or legal background is a must have. 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally within the construction or professional services industries Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization If you're experienced in contract management and looking for a dynamic and collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
