Corporate/Commercial Paralegal – Shrewsbury Are you an ambitious Corporate/Commercial Paralegal looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive law firm? Our client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Legal Team Support professional to join it's busy Commercial & Business Law department. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law who wants hands-on experience and career development in a forward-thinking legal practice. The Role: As a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal, you will work closely with our solicitors and partners on a wide range of commercial matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts Assisting with company formations, corporate governance and compliance Supporting transactions such as mergers & acquisitions Conducting legal research and preparing case documentation Assisting with intellectual property and general business law matters Providing essential team support with case management and administrative tasks This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality commercial law work and develop practical legal skills in a collaborative environment. About You: We are looking for someone who is passionate about business law and eager to develop their legal career. You should have: A Law degree, LPC, SQE, or equivalent qualification/experience A strong interest in corporate, business and commercial law Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines A proactive, team-oriented approach Previous Paralegal or Legal Support experience in a commercial law environment is desirable but not essential.
