What You’ll Be Doing: Lead monthly Auto-WIP and journal returns Liaise with clients on compensation events and payment queries Drive cost analysis and reporting for Project Boards Manage subcontractor processes and commercial registers Own the change control process from start to finish What You’ll Bring: Deep knowledge of the NAECI Agreement Experience on major construction projects Proficiency in NEC4 Option B Contracts & Standard Method of Measurement Basic understanding of P6 programming Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Full UK working rights Why Join?
