Resourcer

We are working with a well-established security firm in Witham, looking for a Resourcer to join their recruitment team. This role plays a key part in sourcing and managing candidates for security staff positions across the UK, helping ensure the company has the right people in place for their contracts. Key Responsibilities: Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms. Respond promptly to candidate applications and enquiries. Collate, review, and ensure compliance documentation is complete. Screen candidates, conduct telephone interviews, and assess suitability. Maintain accurate records and input candidate information into the recruitment system. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing. Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Happy to work in fast paced environment Monday Friday, 09:00 17:00. Around 3 months worth of work , via agency. £14 per hour If interested and can start immediately, please apply today!
