Reports to: Partner Previous Experience: A commercial litigation solicitor with 4 PQE from either a boutique firm or a large national practice. A strong academic background is sought, as well as a shrewd understanding of the litigation process. Snapshot of role You will be advising on a mix of high-profile litigation work for a range of corporate and commercial clients both national and international. Examples of work undertaken include: breaches of contract including complex warranty and indemnity disputes director and shareholder disputes to complex procurement litigation and supply chain breakdowns.
