Contracts Manager – Grid & Renewable Infrastructure UK | Hybrid | Senior Delivery Team We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast growing renewable energy developer that’s expanding its UK grid and BESS delivery programme . With multiple utility scale projects moving through construction, they’re now looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to take ownership of commercial and contractual strategy across their delivery portfolio . This is a pivotal senior role that will sit between project delivery, legal, and commercial, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong contractual governance in place. Lead contract negotiations and administration across EPC and HV infrastructure projects Manage risk, claims, change orders, and commercial disputes Support procurement strategy and contractor engagement Interface with legal, commercial, and delivery teams to protect project interests Contribute to shaping commercial strategy as the business scales We’re looking for someone with a solid track record managing NEC or FIDIC contracts , ideally in the renewables, HV, grid, or major infrastructure sectors. This would suit a commercially strong individual who enjoys being close to live delivery while still owning the contractual levers that drive successful outcomes.
