Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Ability to elicit, document, and analyse business and technical requirements from stakeholders. System Integration Knowledge Understanding of APIs, middleware, data flows, and how systems communicate across platforms. Data Mapping & Transformation Skill in identifying how data moves between systems and ensuring accurate mapping and formatting. Process Modelling Creating visual models of workflows, data flows, and system interactions to clarify integration points. Technical Documentation Writing clear specs for developers, including integration requirements, data schemas, and interface contracts. Stakeholder Management Navigating between business users, developers, architects, and vendors to align expectations and priorities. Agile & Scrum Methodologies Familiarity with iterative development, user stories, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Testing & Validation Support Assisting in integration testing, defining test cases, and validating data accuracy across systems. Proficiency in Integration Tools Experience with MuleSoft.
