Affiliate Marketing Manager

Affiliate Partnerships Manager – Consumer Tech – London – c. £60K We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic brand collaborations across our rewards platform. You’ll take ownership of affiliate relationships, manage a small team, and help scale our presence across the UK, US, and new markets launching in the year ahead. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise affiliate partnerships to drive engagement and revenue. Negotiate and manage relationships with key brands and networks across multiple markets. Develop and execute strategies to grow partner acquisition and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and maximise impact. Manage one direct report and support their development. About You 5 years’ experience managing affiliate or partnership programmes, ideally across multiple markets. Proven success building and scaling affiliate channels. Strong negotiation, communication, and copywriting skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights and opportunities.
