Our client, a top-tier international law firm, is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (7 PQE) to join their leading Corporate team in London. This permanent role offers flexibility, with full-time or part-time options. Prior experience as a Knowledge Lawyer is welcomed but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop corporate precedents and technical resources Deliver training and legal updates to the team Support innovation through legal tech and process improvements Advise on technical legal queries and contribute to client content Requirements: 7 years' PQE in corporate law Strong technical and drafting skills Interest in legal innovation and team development Capital markets experience preferred This is a great opportunity for a technically minded corporate lawyer looking to move into a strategic and knowledge-focused role within a highly ranked team.
