Electrical Project Manager

My clients is a Tier 1 M&E contractor specialising in several sectors Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical. The business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects the next two years to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they now sit at an international turnover of over £500m. They have just been appointed on a new build commercial office block in the heart of London. Role/Responsibilities: Management of subcontractor labour RFI’s and technical submittals All health and safety Review and amend RAMS Design Review liaising with consultants, client and main contractor Snagging Testing and commissioning Driving job Procurement Leading the project from a commercial aspect Chairing meetings internally and externally Management of commissioning stages and project handover to the client Tender review and validation The ideal candidate: Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of electrical services.
