Job Description
National Account Manager – Health & Wellness Channel West London (3 days per week on-site) £45,000 – £60,000 benefits We’re supporting a purpose-led organic food business as they expand their commercial team with a National Account Manager focused on the Health & Wellness Channel – think health food wholesalers, independents, Planet Organic, and key natural retail players. With a number of organic brands and a strong presence across both the UK and Europe, this business has gone through rapid growth and transformation. You’ll be joining a team of 40ish with a collaborative culture and a clear mission: delivering natural, organic, better-for-you food products to customers around the world. Reporting into an experienced senior leadership team, this role offers broad commercial exposure and the opportunity to make a big impact in a values-led, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Own a portfolio of wholesale and health food trade customers, both in the UK and EU Full P&L ownership: pricing, JBPs, promotions, forecasting, budgeting Lead negotiations, activate trade plans, and manage customer relationships across all levels Launch new product lines, increase distribution, and drive commercial performance Work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, and supply chain Track performance and provide regular reports to the senior leadership team Support wider sales activities including trade shows, food demos, and account development What we’re looking for: Experience managing health food, online, or wholesale accounts – ideally with full P&L responsibility Knowledge of key accounts in the natural/organic/health & wellness space A commercially sharp, results-driven operator who can think strategically and execute brilliantly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – someone who builds trust quickly Experience launching NPD and growing ranges within existing accounts Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a growing team An interest in organic, sustainable, or better-for-you products is a big plus This is a brilliant opportunity to join a values-led business that’s making a real impact, offering career progression, hybrid working, and a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.
