National Account Manager – Grocery Hybrid – London Bridge (2 days every other week) £55,000–£60,000 car allowance 20% bonus benefits We’re delighted to be supporting a values-led food business that’s undergone a significant transformation over the last 15 months. Under the leadership of a new CEO and with a clear strategic direction in place, the company has repositioned itself as a focused, ambitious, and brand-led business with a strong sense of identity and purpose. As part of a newly formed business unit, we’re looking for a commercially confident National Account Manager to lead and grow this strategically important customer. This role is more than just account management – it’s about being part of a collaborative project team, shaping the future of a high-growth channel, and helping embed a culture of openness, accountability, and ambition. You’ll be based remotely with 2 in-person team days per month (week 2 and week 4) at the London Bridge office, where collaboration and planning will take priority over presentism. Key Responsibilities: Take full P&L ownership of the account and deliver the JBP in line with business targets Lead internal cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution across the plan Help formalise and embed processes within the newly created business unit Work alongside the Controller and wider project team to scale from pilot to success Bring strategic and instinctive thinking to the table – always looking for what else is happening in the market Act as a brand ambassador who lives the values and contributes to an open, high-performance culture What we’re looking for: Proven NAM experience in UK Grocery – ideally with Top 4 Retailers Confident managing JBPs and building trusted retailer relationships Able to thrive in a business that’s still building frameworks and welcomes agility Gravitas, commercial acumen, and the instinct to navigate ambiguity with confidence Someone who values working with good people and contributing positively to team culture Authentic, honest, and not afraid to say “I don’t know” – you’ll be valued for your potential as much as your CV This is a brilliant opportunity to join a tight-knit £70m business at a pivotal stage in its journey – with a great leadership team, exciting growth plans, and a genuine focus on its people.
