Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Coordinator to join a highly regarded and award winning volume housebuilder. In this role, you’ll support the Technical team in managing the design and technical aspects of residential developments — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will assist with reviewing drawings, coordinating consultants, and managing approvals with local authorities and utility providers. Key Requirements: Experience within a similar role in Housebuilding or Construction Architectural or Engineering background - Degree / HNC Strong attention to detail and organisation Good understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC, as well as associated legislation across the construction sector Ref: 4018GM
