This senior position is central to shaping our bid strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that every submission aligns with our long-term business objectives. You’ll lead a high-performing bid team, engaging directly with board-level stakeholders to refine and maintain a strong, sustainable bid pipeline. Your leadership will ensure our proposals are innovative, compelling, and commercially sound—driving both win rates and profitability. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence – Bid Management: Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality, innovative bid strategies that maximise success and long-term value. Financial Accountability – Bid Pipeline Oversight: Manage a rolling bid pipeline, prioritising strategic, high-value opportunities that align with growth objectives. Customer Focus – Stakeholder Relationships: Partner with operational teams to ensure each bid reflects deliverable, high-quality service propositions. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Use digital tools and AI to enhance bid writing, tracking, analytics, and team efficiency.
