Position Overview You will lead the team, acting as the principal agent for key estate management clients. Your role blends hands-on estate management with strategic professional advisory work, contributing directly to the success of your clients and the growth of the consultancy's rural division. Responsibilities Act as principal agent for key estates. Undertake estate and farming business reviews. Manage rural diversification projects. Advise clients on strategic land promotion. Conduct secured lending and professional valuations. Lead and develop a high-performing team. Develop relationships with new and existing clients. Requirements MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor. Proven experience in rural estate management. Experience or clear potential to lead a team. Strong client relationship and business development skills.
