About the Role You will provide specialist nursing care for service with complex physical health conditions, including neurological complications. ????? What Were Looking For Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with experience in complex care , including advanced clinical interventions and emergency management. ?? Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one, patient-centred care in a variety of settings (home, hospital, school, or community placements). Provide advanced nursing interventions as per care plans. Respond to medical emergencies, deterioration, and seizure episodes. Monitor patient condition, document care accurately, and escalate any clinical changes promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure safe and effective care delivery. ??
