Legal Counsel - Fintech (Interim)

Immediate need for a Commercial Lawyer to join a growing financial services business in the Bath/Bristol area. Day rate contract, inside IR35, 3-6 months with potential to go permanent. Hybrid working, schedule flexible depending on contractor location. Australian/NZ Lawyers with relevant experience in the FS/fintech sector also encouraged to apply. Reporting to the Head of Legal you will hold a varied role covering: drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements company secretarial support, including attendance at Board meetings advising on data privacy matters supporting on corporate transactions and integrations instructing external counsel You will ideally be 3 years as a guide with experience gained in a similar capacity as a commercial lawyer preferably within the FS or fintech sectors. You will be able to manage a varied and busy workload in addition to liaising extensively with key stakeholders across the wider business.
