Administrator – Paisley Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) Are you a proactive and organised Administrator with a background in customer care and general administration? Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude to join a growing team in a varied and rewarding role. You'll be the key point of contact for clients ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of repair projects. The Role: This is a key position that blends customer service, administrative support, and light bookkeeping duties. Key Responsibilities of the Administrator will include: Handling incoming customer and client enquiries with professionalism and care. Liaising with contractors, and other stakeholders. Supporting the coordination of repair projects, including scheduling and documentation. General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management. Assisting with bookkeeping tasks (invoices, basic accounts, expenses). Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company processes. Candidate Requirements: Experience in a customer-facing role. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Some experience or understanding of bookkeeping and finance processes. Confident communicator – both written and verbal. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic software tools. A problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude.
