Ideal for Surgical Techs with Ortho, Neuro, and Vascular experience who are ready for fast-paced outpatient and community hospital cases. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms, sterile instruments, and supplies for assigned procedures. Assist surgeons and RNs during surgery, maintaining strict sterile technique. Anticipate needs of the surgical team, ensuring readiness of equipment and materials. Support room turnover, maintain compliance with infection control & safety standards.
