Join a collaborative surgical team in a short-term acute care hospital (80 beds) and play a key role in supporting complex cases. This is a great opportunity for Surgical Techs with Ortho experience who are ready to jump into high-acuity cases. Responsibilities: Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile fields for surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and RNs during complex cases, ensuring sterile technique at all times. Anticipate surgical team needs and ensure availability of supplies/equipment. Support post-operative room turnover and maintain compliance with safety standards.
