Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Every third weekend and holidays as needed. Float required between all campuses if necessary. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in inpatient rehabilitation. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for patients requiring rehabilitation services, including those with stroke, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. Responsibilities Administer medications and IV therapies as per protocols. Perform patient assessments, including blood glucose monitoring and vital signs. Assist with mobilization techniques and application of assistive devices. Provide patient education and teaching on diabetic management, infection prevention, and fall risk assessment. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including respiratory services and social services. Manage complex patient cases involving neurological impairments and total joint replacements. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care rehabilitation settings. Current BLS certification required; other certifications are preferred. Experience with Epic charting and interpretation of laboratory results. Preferred experience with trauma Level II cases and teaching hospital background.
