What Youll Do: Perform dental exams, deep cleanings, scaling/root planing, and apply fluoride Assess oral health, chart periodontal conditions, and interpret radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Take and process radiographs (bitewing, pano, periapical) Assist with pre/post-op care for patients with complex conditions Maintain equipment and follow infection control & OSHA standards Use VA systems like CPRS and DRM for dental charting and records Support disease prevention programs for at-risk patients Requirements: Associate degree (or higher) from a CODA-accredited Dental Hygiene program Unrestricted California dental hygiene license Certified in radiologic procedures (via accredited hygiene program) 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist BLS/CPR certification Valid TB test Please Contact: lagonzalez@fortehumancapital.com
